Mark and Cameo Skogen are the Youth Leaders for Isle Evangelical Free Church. They are passionate about Jesus and Youth ministry. They love pouring that into the lives of the youth in the Isle community . The Skogen’s have three adult children, and have been lifelong residents of Isle, MN.
